Our return policy (for all kits except the low cost kits)
Return the entire kit within 30 days of the paid invoice date and you can get 90% back (10% return fee) on your credit card in if all else fails after our troubleshooting on the phone, as long as everything comes back in the original condition with boxes, instructions, and everything as new.
If you have a problem though, please call us right away as most problems can be resolved by our troubleshooting. If you get no signal at all from the indoor antenna, generally the indoor and outdoor connectors on the repeater are reversed in relation to the antennas. Before ordering, we do prefer to do an on the phone assessment with the customer of their actual site location, building material, roof material, outside on the roof cell signal level, location of local cell towers, frequency of local cell towers, main cell provider you are using, terrain between your building and the cell tower, foliage between you and the tower, foliage around your building, elevation of the local cell tower, inside expected coverage area of the cell signals, and any interior walls material in the expected coverage area to make sure we all get a 100% solution to your problem that you are happy with. Generally, for a indoor commercial store, commercial open office area or industrial unit warehouse, the High Output Pro-Grade#50-1 Dual Band Kit 62dB gain and 8 Watts both ways (on the Professional Grade kits page) would be the most sold and would cover a large indoor area in an urban, suburban or town area (with local cell towers) as you are mainly jumping the outdoor metal roof and concrete block walls (which NO cell signals go through-only the windows) with the cell signal uplink and downlink, and this is a great set up for a high output repeater system as it separates the 2 ends so that no feedback signals can occur between the outdoor and indoor antennas. For more than one indoor antenna in a commercial building, you should use the high powered Pro-Grade#68-12 dual band 12 Watts system or your repeater system overall may be low on output power.
For
rural cottage properties where your main problem is the UPLINK power
back to the tower and the directional throw of the cell signal (the
tower is 60 Watts and your cell phone or internet device such as a
Rogers Rocket Hub, Bell Turbo Hub or Telus internet stick is only a
weak 0.5 Watts so you can see where the problem is), you should use
the High Output Cottage Kits (Cottage Kit#40-1, #50-1, #50-3 or
#60-3 or the new 12 Watt #60-4) on the Special Value Canadian Kits
page.
THERE IS NO RETURN POLICY ON THE LOW COST KITS, PLEASE DO NOT USE
THESE KITS IN RURAL AREAS,THEY ARE DESIGNED FOR URBAN AND SUBURBAN
AREAS WITH HIGH OUTSIDE CELL SIGNAL TO BUILDING MATERIAL OF THE ROOF
AND WALLS OF A STRUCTURE AND FOR A SMALL INDOOR AREA. (There is a one year manufacturer's warranty on these kits
though) Please DO NOT order the 3 Watt low cost dual band kit UNLESS
you are in a urban or suburban area and expect only about 10ft of
indoor cell coverage. It is really make for a basement apartment or
basement office in a high outside cell signal area. If you are in a
rural area, the LOWEST price kit you SHOULD use is the Cottage
Kit#40-1 Dual Band 7 Watt output both ways, if you want to be
satisfied with the end result.

All
newer phones bought after the year 2000, are least Personal Communication
Service (PCS) capable and in almost all urban areas
there is always PCS
coverage. However, outside the cities, some
areas have only CELL coverage. CELL the signals tend to travel
further and penetrate walls better and the carriers can cover
greater distances with their towers. Most new Canadian cell
phones are Dual Band capable (except Telus Mike), which means
they will work with either frequency and will switch to whichever
frequency is stronger in their area. The dual band repeater or
cellular phone signal repeater is highly recommended because of
this capability. Single band repeaters do not utilize the cell
phones true capacity. Canadian customers feel free to contact us
to confirm appropriate cell band usage in your area.
For single band repeater kit use in Canada check the recommended links below for Canadian Cell Tower Sites and click on the closest cell tower of your carrier to find out which frequency they are using in your area to determine which repeater kit to buy. For rural areas it is recommended to add on an optional outdoor directional antenna to aim at the carriers tower due to the distance and to cause a big increase in indoor signals.
